Refund policy

FREE RETURNS

We offer one free return for each purchase (for UK please note that we offer free returns shipping costs; duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are not included in the shipping costs of the return and have to be paid by the customer).

Please fill in the return form, within 14 days*.

We will arrange the procedures for the pick-up by TNT / Fedex courier.

The return instructions are sent via e-mail within 3 working days from the registration of the return request.

*Time limit for a return is extended to 30 days for purchases made in August and December.
